Landen Pfeiffer has been named the new wrestling coach at Stewarts Creek High School.

Pfeifer is a former three-time All-State wrestler and two-time state medalist in high school in Illinois. He also recorded 139 victories in high school.

He coached Siegel Middle School wrestling to a 17-5 record this past season.

As a coach, he has had numerous state placers and two multi-time state champions.

Pfeifer wrestled at the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh from 2018-2021. He turned down several offers in Rutherford County to be a head coach, as well as his home state of Illiniois.

He will teach Drivers Ed at Stewarts Creek.
