Of the ten World Team members this year, seven were crowned as Tulsa National Champions. Notable champions include Olympic/World Medalist, David Taylor, Kyle Snyder, and Daton Fix, NCAA National Champions, Spencer Lee, Bo Nickal, Zahid Valencia, and many more who once graced the mats of Tulsa Nationals, solidifying their names as icons in the current wrestling landscape.

The future is bright for Tennessee wrestling, sending an impressive 55 wrestlers to the 69th edition of Tulsa Nationals. Among them, a remarkable 12 athletes ascended to the title of All Americans, a testament to the depth and quality of Tennessee’s wrestling programs. Among these All Americans, one wrestler stood atop the podium as champion – Ruger Pennington.
